Slow TV Made In Northern Norway. This time I'm going paddling (my first ever solo trip!). You can join in on a trip outside the island of Ingøy 71 degrees north. I met a lot of birds on my way, but other than that it was just me and the sea. There are no added sounds, only the nature itself - birds (the seagulls were not too amused), some small waves and and occasionally a little bit of wind. The video is a bit shaky in the start - I'm not an experienced paddler, so getting into the kayak is quite funny! You can use it for meditation, deep focus, reading, relaxing, as a background live picture, and more. Hope you'll enjoy it!
