Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens to my themes if I cancel?
They are kept. You can no longer roll from them, but they work again if you resubscribe, and you can delete them whenever you like.
Are my themes private?
The theme is yours alone: nobody else sees it or rolls from it. The videos we find for it also join everyone's pool, which makes Total Surprise richer.
How are payments handled?
By Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only the state of your subscription.
What if a payment fails?
Premium features are suspended until the payment goes through. Your themes, history and favourites are not lost.
