"NAZA," a Gaza documentary that examined Israel's military operations in Gaza, received a record 24.5-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival. The film featured testimony from 24 Israeli military intelligence officers and soldiers about surveillance, AI-assisted targeting and remote bombing systems used in Gaza. Made by Israeli filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, the team behind the Oscar-winning documentary "No Other Land," "NAZA" was shot in secret on rooftops in Tel Aviv over three years, with the identities of its subjects obscured. #Israel #Gaza #Palestine #naza For more stories from the frontlines of major events, subscribe.
