Crazy 10-Sided Wooden Birdhouse Build | Pushing My Woodworking Limits
GetUpAndDIY10:122025DIY & Crafts
In this fun woodworking build, I decided I was tired of making square boxes… so I built a **10-sided birdhouse** with **zero square edges**! 🪵🐦 Starting with leftover paint-grade plywood from my last chest of drawers project, I went in with **no plans** and figured it out as I went. The result? A cool multi-room (4-room) birdhouse made from three concentric octagons that create a unique bullseye look. Watch me: • Break down the geometry and cut the 10 sides • Glue-up using the blue tape trick • Create internal wall dividers for separate bird rooms • Add a perch and turn water bottles into bird feeders • Deal with real-time challenges and imperfections (because that’s real woodworking!) This was a relaxing, experimental live-style build where I pushed myself to try something completely different. Great project if you want to break out of the box (literally)! 👍 If you enjoyed this, hit LIKE and subscribe for more creative DIY woodworking projects every week! 🛠️ Shop my favorite
