It was $70 to rent Viper binoculars for 3 days so we decided to just spend $70 and buy these Celestron binoculars and not have to worry about returning them. They worked perfectly. They have 8x more zoom than the rentals (rentals were 12x50) and we dropped them multiple times without having to worry. These Celestron binoculars have a limited lifetime warranty.
