Hi, everyone! The Dessert Ep.5 is about 'Spring Garden'. Seasonal menu dessert with Strawberry & Rhubarb, and yogurt mousse, herb sorbet. I wanted to express a garden in spring where you can walk and pick some fresh herbs, berries.. So the flavor is refreshing, a little acid and sweet. I prepared to show some nice technique of meringue!
