SCAR is a Pro-Life charity that operates with the help of foster carers and volunteers to rescue and rehome dogs and cats that need a "second chance". We care for dogs and cats that need a second chance. All animals need to be surrendered to us officially by their owner/guardian. We can not take in strays but can help with advice if you have found a stray. Our animals come from all walks of life. Some have had the good life but for unforeseen circumstances may end up with us needing a second chance forever family. Many others have not had the pleasure of knowing what the good life is.
