Dry Baking Bannock Bread On Alcohol Stove

AZBill343310:062013Food & Cooking

This is my version of Bannock Bread dry baked on an alcohol stove. Ingredients 1 cup flour 1 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt water (as needed) 2 tbs dry milk 1 tbs sugar (brown sugar, honey, or other sweetener) 10 to 15 raisins (or any dried fruit, cheese, meat etc) Add all dry ingredients together and stir with fork. (or pre-made in plastic bag) Add water a little at a time. Add only enough water to the dough until it comes together while stirring with the fork. (or mix ingredients together in pre-made bag until it become a dough ball) Makes two jumbo muffins.
