Phenomenon Ice Cream Boca Raton Poor Customer Service

We came to Phenomenon Nitrogen Ice Cream for my 30th birthday., after finishing an escape room with our group of 7 people(including one pregnant woman and my mom of 62, just to give some perspective as to the makeup of our group) we wanted some ice cream. After searching Google we found Phenomenom was open till 11 as it was a Friday. It was about 10 min away and it was 10:40 at the time. When we arrived at 10:50, there were still plenty of customers seated inside and outside, as well as in line, so we didn't feel uncomfortable when walking in 10 minutes before closing. However a minute into looking at the menu manager "Emily"(tie-dye hair) whispered to the cashier that they were no longer serving ice cream. She then turned off the far right television menu screen. The cashier informed us at 10:53 that they were no longer serving ice cream. The manager "Emily" even said its "10:53"? We said "but you close at 11".
