After it’s completely melted, mix in 1 tbsp tapioca starch/tapioca flour (they are the same thing) and food coloring (optional). 3. Microwave for 1 min and let cool for 1-2 min. 4. Gradually mix in/knead tapioca starch until it forms a dough that is not sticky to the touch. I usually use around 1 cup, but adjust accordingly. 5. Shape into boba balls (or shape of choice) coat in a little bit of tapioca starch to prevent them from sticking to each other. 6.
