Bone Age exercises in three female patiens by Ricardo Arenas. During infancy, the bone age is primaraly based on the presence or absence of ossification of the carpals bones. The capitate is the first carpal bone, and the sequence is hamate, triquetral, lunate, trapezium, trapezoid navicula or scaphoid and pisiform.
