Welland SPCA was contacted by an animal rescue group in Kuwait who offered to send 6 rescue cats over. The situation for homeless animals in Kuwait is often desperate and rescue groups work tirelessly to stem the tide of suffering dogs and cats in the streets of this small middle eastern desert nation.
