GONADZ winner of ZONAD short film competition 2010

Winner of the Element Pictures Distribution ZONAD (www.zonad.ie) short film competition 2010. Written and directed by Jake McKone and produced by Shirley Weir and Laura Way, GONADZ is the story of Barry and Gooch, dairy farmers, cheeky charmers, more fond of their pints than Pilates. Their routine life of bachelorhood is suddenly interrupted by the arrival of a beautiful alien and both are smitten by this extra-terrestrial goddess. She's like the Mammy but even more perfect. She can drink them under the table, milk the cows, cook, clean and sing their favourite songs like a true baritone. Inevitably for the two lads its only a matter of time before they request their ration of passion and the alien duly obliges, unzipping a big surprise.
