Matti is a former foster child born with EEC a genetic disorder. She was blind, hearing impared, few teeth, cleft palate and cleft lip, no tear ducts, no sweat glands, missing fingers and missing toes. She was blessed in 2009 by having her vision restored. With no surgery her vision was 20/600 no it is 20/40.
