Chef Malloy flipping 8 eggs at once

I didn't record this, so I wanna give thanks for the one who did. Thank you!!! This is my chef from Le Cordon Bleu, but not my class. This is egg week, and the class kept "egging" him on to flip all 8 at once, and he did! But even he was surprised he pulled it off. Thanks Chef!!! :)
