SOS el Arca is a Dog Rescue Centre in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. It operates on human kindness, donations and the love of dogs. Over 700 dogs have called SOS El Arca home since 2011. Everyone of them was given a name and more importantly love, by an amazing woman called Sylvie, the founder of SOS El Arca.
