How to Make a Simple Girl's Skirt- Beginner Sewing

This is a great beginner project that can be made in any size. All you need is two simple measurements and about 1/2 yard of fabric (for up to a 3T size), one yard of elastic and your basic sewing supplies. With the warm weather coming in this is a must-make DIY project! It's so easy you will want to make at least a dozen! As far as how much time it takes to make one-- I would say that the first time you do it it may take you about 1 hour. After that you will know how it comes together and can probably whip them up in 30 minutes or less! It takes me about 15 minutes to make one these.
