This means more hours of daylight, even throughout the night, also known as the midnight sun. Although the sun doesn't show in southern Finland, it's still quite bright outside. The Midsummer celebrations were only a week ago (June 21st), but unfortunately due to cloudy nights i decided to wait for a clear night sky. The summer holidays are also in full swing, which in Finland usually last from early June until mid-August. In summer it is generally busier and noisier outside. Summer is short, so many people want to make the most of it. I'm glad i found a nice, quiet moment to capture this night walk.
