Ocean Waves is a little-known movie produced by the famous Japanese anime studio, Studio Ghibli. It’s often considered one of the worst Ghibli movies in existence, but is it really? In this analysis, I take a look at three reasons why Ocean Waves is the most underrated Studio Ghibli film.
