Inside, you get eggs, sausage, juicy tomatoes and even more gooey cheese. ❤️ 🛒 Ingredients (1 serving): 🌯 1 large flour tortilla 🥚 2 eggs 🧀 Cheese slices or strips for the crust 🌭 2–3 oz (50–70 g) sausage or ham 🍅 1 small tomato 🧀 1–2 oz (30–50 g) shredded cheese 🍅 1–2 tbsp ketchup 🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste 📌 Toothpicks 👨‍🍳 How to make it: 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2️⃣ Place strips of cheese around the edge of the tortilla.
