Arcade Up 'N Down Round 1 - 19 Seconds

In an attempt to disprove a previous speculation on Digital Press. I set off to do a tool assisted round in under 20seconds. This video was made via tool assistance, but with only frame advance. No save states were used. The Arcade emulator I was using has a bug with savestates when trying to record a movie for this particular game. 17-18 seconds may be possible, but I highly doubt any less than that.
