The Decision is a film based on situations where people have to take difficult but necessary decisions unknowing of the outcome. Such is the plight of the two characters in the film that they decide something and it changes their lives forever. One of them stumbles upon to criminal activities for the want of money to pay the hospital bills, the other finds himself responsible for the murder of his brother by a thief in a mugging attempt.
