Don't Be Afraid to Call If You're Under 21, Michigan State Law Protects You* If you or a friend consume alcohol and are: Sick/Nonresponsive Sexually Assaulted Injured Call 911 WITHOUT Getting An MIP *In June 2012, Michigan passed House Bill 4393 which protects underage consumers of alcohol in the event they voluntarily submit to medical treatment for any of the above reasons.
