scoby update #scoby#kombucha

I used to do a lot of videos of my kombucha and scoby but what happened to it now. Here it is now, it’s huge, but I don’t think it’s fermenting because the liquid doesn’t smell like kombucha. Maybe I have to leave it in the liquid for longer, or maybe it’s just too old. I’m thinking of putting it in my compost bin. What do you think I should do.
