COVID Crusader – Seema Buckshee

In the very first week of the lockdown in 2020, various NGOs stepped in to provide necessities to the underprivileged by supplying medical and protective gear and assisting with daily meals to the needy. One such NGO was Manjhi Skilling Foundation. We spoke with Seema Buckshee, Founder & Director of Manjhi Skilling Foundation, a #CovidCrusader, resident of Powai, who actively volunteers to help the underprivileged. She started the Manjhi Foundation in 2018 to ensure underprivileged kids and adults acquire an income-generating skill set. They have raised funds to provide dry ration kits to 250+ families and continue to do so. She urges everyone to help the ones in need however they can and extend their support for her cause!
