I Tried to Build an Aviator Chair - The Geometry Was Insane

I decided to build an aviator chair from scratch — and quickly realized this was going to be much harder than it looked. The project started with sheets of plywood and a simple idea: create a chair inspired by the shape and details of an aircraft. But getting all those curves, angles, symmetrical parts and small details to work together turned this into one of the most challenging furniture builds I've made. There was a lot of measuring, cutting, shaping, fitting and re-fitting before the pieces finally started to look like a real chair. In this video, I take you through the entire build from the first cuts to the final details. No kit. No CNC. Just a workshop, a lot of plywood, and a slightly questionable amount of patience.
